British Airways Beats Strikers in Court Again

British Airways has again headed off a strike by obtaining a court injunction, ruling illegal a planned walkout by cabin crew this week.
Talks with union leaders were also held on Monday. The injunction stops a five-day strike due to begin on Tuesday. A further 15 days of strikes are planned between now and June the ninth.
