City of Kardjali invite experts delayed because money evroproekt

City of Kardzhali Hasan Azis has invited experts from the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) to verify the established private market for manufacturers who had to be funded with money under SAPARD.
The project cost just over EUR 10 million and are expected by Sapard receipts amounting to 4 million euro. Payment of the project, which has already been verified, will have until the end of July, but the mayor of the town is worried that interest loans for down will hit over 1.2 million euro and it will block other activities of the municipality.
Market producers Kurdjali was built with a loan amounting to EUR 10.3 million granted by the Bank Allianz. SAPARD Agency had doubts about the conflict of interest as director of the local branch of the bank is the wife of Hasan Azis. Finally, after two checks and made some adjustments, the project was evaluated positively.
