„Coral Beach elite“ has the green light for construction near Tsarevo

Iberdrola Inmobiliaria (Iberdrola Inbobiliaria), construction company and real estate of the Spanish energy giant Iberdrola, received the construction permit for their project „Coral Beach Elite“ (Koral Beach Elite), located in the municipality of Tsarevo.

The permit provides for the establishment of a holiday village with an area of 236 645 sq. m. with luxury hotels, residential buildings with 2,500 apartments, commercial areas, sports facilities, beach club and common parts.
The village will have 800 meters to the beach outlet Coral Beach. Landscape plan with a low building will be synchronized with the environment and maintain the best possible visual balance while building the utmost will be used natural materials.
Travel lanes with a width up to 16 months will include special lanes designed for cyclists.
Project Coral Beach Elite is designed by the architectural studio of arch. Stefan Dobrev, with the assistance of the Department of Urban Planning at Harvard University.
