„Euroins Romania bought 7.2 percent from Bullend Investments REIT

„“Euroins Romania SA has acquired through the purchase of BSE-Sofia AD 938 thousand shares of“ Bullend Investments REIT becomes clear message to the stock exchange. This Romanian insurance company gets 7.2% share of the capital of Bullend Investments.
„Bullend Investments is a joint-stock company with special investment purpose for the securitization of agricultural land. It operates as an investment fund, which raise funds through public offering of shares (in the form of periodic increases in capital) and invest funds raised in real estate.
The company was established in August 2005 with capital of 500 thousand euro, and have subsequently made three successful capital increase by public offering of shares amounting to 13 017 889 leva. Shares are traded on the Unofficial Market of BSE.
„Euroins Romania PLC is part of Euroins inshurans Group – the insurance division of Evrohold Bulgaria. The company, which formerly was called Asitrans Asigurari, was acquired by the Bulgarian holding company in mid-2007 Less than two years after it became part of Euroins, Romanian company which in 2007 was the 14th spot market, went up to 7th position at the end of the first quarter of 2009 and also head the market for civil liability in Romania. Euroins Romania offers all types of insurance, but its full portfolio is dominated by motor insurance – 98 percent, according to March 2009
