Hemus need of its 1 billion euro

There are no a dime for winter cleaning and we urgently only 25 million by the end of the year by the Ministry of Finance, the Minister of Regional Development and Public Plevneliev Rosen. In Veliko Turnovo, he announced that the National Road Infrastructure Agency is totally committed because of the deficit and outstanding work. It is over 131 million leva.

Around 11 million are earmarked for the design of the Hemus highway, said Rosen Plevneliev.
For now it is done through the so-called axis of the highway, but the procedures to be performed is likely to have serious changes in the route. To implement the project will take about 1 billion euros.
Hemus highway is undoubtedly a very expensive project, which is not currently on the government forces as the route must pass through many routes and heavy equipment. Any form of public-private partnership for Hemus motorway would be costly, says Minister unless the state does not guarantee future revenues. According to him the only way in the next few years to find cheaper financing is in the line of government guarantees.
