In a fourth Rousse citizens protest against the high bank interest. Journalists before the President of the National Association of Bulgarian business Svetlozar Nikolov said that today before the bank offices in the capital and in major English cities are distributing standard forms – Notifications under Article 306 of the Commercial Law.

The forms explain that the debtor may invoke majeure event, because you can not extinguished their obligations. In this case, banks must within seven days to propose renegotiating loans – Nikolov specified.
