Lufthanza of court for trademark

Germany airline Lufthansa is the subject of judicial investigation for charges of illegal use of intellectual property. Plaintiff is Croatian Fargachich Rickard, who claimed that Lufthansa uses the name and logo of a company which he founded in 1996.
