Privatization two into one, or reform in Bulgarian

Merger activity in the sale of state companies with follow-up of transactions in one institution can have serious consequences for Bulgaria from the European Commission, commented on the newspaper Pari Russi Statkov of Post-Privatization Control Agency. Two days ago the Committee on Economy and Energy in the parliament approved a proposal to change the law on privatization in post-privatization control. Finance Minister Simeon Diankov declared the unification of the Agency for Privatization and Post Privatization Control Agency. Diankov made this proposal in early November. Finance Minister at the outset of assuming office, the Agency for Post-attack control during the period 2001-2008 was not done nothing to collect debts from defaulting buyers of state companies. According Statkov Rusi, a member of the supervisory board of ASA in the European Union there is a regulation according to which there must be a separate body to supervise after the completion of privatization transactions with public companies. It is true that the Post Privatization Control Agency in the form and composition, which is currently suffering criticism, pointed Statkov. So the idea of experts from the Commission itself, it was to restructure and optimize their business. In his ruling, however, are not discussed merger of the office of the Agency for privatization with experts and officials from the ASA. The majority of deputies in the Committee on Economy and Energy have approved the proposal Dyankov, but they are not experts said Statkov. According to him, thereby further reducing the staff directly involved with monitoring the transactions. After the cuts already in the ASA having an employee in the ASA to trace about 100 deals, according Statkov.

Merging the two agencies will lead to the formation of a separate budget of the Privatization Agency, which will facilitate the work of major arbitration cases that lead our country to protect its interests in Paris.
