The contribution from civil liability in the GF remains 8,50 lv

Contribution to the Guarantee Fund under Art. 287, para. 1, item 1 of the Insurance Code does not change, namely to remain 8,50 lv for each vehicle entered into by the civil liability of motorists. This was decided at today’s meeting, the Financial Supervision Commission.
The amount of the contribution of insurers offering in Bulgaria compulsory accident insurance for passengers of art. 249, item 2 of the Insurance Code, remains 0,15 BGN for each place, the driver’s seat, which was entered into the compulsory insurance.
Deadlines for transfer of contributions to the account of the Guarantee Fund are:
– Up to 31.01.2010 on the insurance contracted by 1.10.2009 to 31.12.2009
– Up to 30.04.2010 on the insurance contracted by 1.01.2010 until 31.03.2010, the
– Up to 31.07.2010 on the insurance contracted by 1.04.2010 until 30.04.2010, the
– Up to 31.10.2010 on the insurance contracted by 1.07.2010 until 30.09.2010, the
– Up to 31.01.2011 on the insurance contracted by 1.10.2010 until 31.12.2010
