Court zaporira property for 4.5 million leva a Galevi

Commission for the establishment of property acquired from criminal activity is submitted to the District Court in Kustendil actions imposing protective measures on property Plamen Galeva and Angel Hristov, reported by the Press Committee.
Both have permanent addresses – Resilovo village, district Kyustendil.
The Court has decided to set and issued protective orders attachment of property totaling 4 493 748.40 leva.
Galeva proceedings against Christ and are formed in February after a check on notification received by the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office for their involvement in their management of the defendants, and participation in organized criminal group.
Commission is determined by the court one month of completion of criminal proceedings against Plamen Hristov and Angel Galeva to claim revocation of the property in favor of the state.
At present the investigation against the brothers is suspended and they are free as Plamen Galeva independent candidate for deputy and Angel Hristov was built from the leaves of an alternative party of liberal and peace.
