They want the protection of military-industrial complex

Participants in the weapons forum, which began in Veliko Tarnovo, will adopt a declaration with a request to secure the Bulgarian defense industry. The document will be sent to the new Parliament and the future government.

Association of organized land forces in Veliko Tarnovo exhibition and a seminar on weapons and equipment of the Bulgarian missions abroad. The goal is to present the capabilities of the Bulgarian defense industry.

According to the chairman of the association, o.r. General Kiril Tsvetkov businesses in this sector have been brought to ruin and forced to reduce about 10 percent of workers in the military-industrial complex of the country. No government procurement to those companies and their production has decreased tenfold.
