Allianz Tower built in Indonesia

28-storey building to be built by all rules of modern environment-friendly building will accommodate companies of Allianz in Indonesia. Allianz Tower is expected to be completed in 2011
According to Jens Raysh, CEO of Allianz Life Indonesia, gathering under one roof will enable the two companies in the country of the insurer – Allianz Life and Allianz P & C, to provide a uniform standard of service and one stop for all insurance services. Allianz Tower will be built in one of the best office locations in the Indonesian capital Jakarta – Cunningham region. The cost of the project is 200 billion Indonesian rupees (around 1.4 billion euros)
The architecture of the building will be fully compliant with the requirements of ecological construction. Orientation, and its modern facade will provide for reduction of heat and direct penetration of ultraviolet rays, which will reduce the electricity consumption for air conditioning. Nearly 70 percent of its area of nearly 1 hectares will be used to collect rainwater. The building will also be equipped with modern facilities for recycling water.
Allianz is present in Indonesia since 1981, but first the company has only a representative office. In 1989 was established obshtozastrahovatelnoto company PT Asuransi Allianz Utama Indonesia, and in 1996 entered in Allianz life by PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia.
