Directors and freed BEH

Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism Traicho Traykov release all members of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian energy holding (BEH), said „Focus.“

Resignation deposited Pekov Boris – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tencho Popov – Deputy Chairman and members of the board Galina Tosheva, Gogov Dimitar and Dimitar Dimitrov, announced by the Ministry of Economy.
Their contracts were terminated by mutual consent, without due compensation.
The changes intended to improve operational performance in the management of the holding.
The new Board of Directors consists of 3 pax and is headed by Maya Hristova – Deputy Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism. Two other Board members are Galina Tosheva, which was re-elected as Executive Director of the holding and Dobrin Stefkin-civil servant in the State Commission on Information Security.
