Energy urgent need to reform and liberalize

In Bulgaria, the investment climate has deteriorated over the past two years mainly because of energy that must urgently be liberalized. It says the two-year review, which the Economic Institute of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences made the implementation of government energy strategy to 2020 cause of the deteriorating condition of the market in electricity and gas is that regulation is still inadequate and does not allow rates to predict even 1 years ahead, say the authors of the study. The most realistic measure of departure from this position they should be allowed to end suppliers of electricity, including the EDC th, to purchase electricity from the free market in which prices are not determined by SEWRC. This will stimulate competition between them and ensure equality among all market participants.
