„Gazprom“ reported 4.25 billion dollars net profit in second quarter

„Gazprom“ today published its financial statements according to Russian accounting standards for reporting information „K2Kapital. According to the company at the end of the quarter April-June net profit of „Gazprom“ has increased four times compared to the previous three months to 136 billion ruble (around 4.25 billion dollars at the current rate – bel. line.).
The company attributed its improved results strongly with excess income over expenditure as exchange differences. In the first quarter, according to the course cost differences exceeding revenue recalled „Gazprom“, cited by K2Kapital.
For the first half year net profit of „Gazprom“ has decreased by 40.8 percent to 169 billion ruble (5.3 billion dollars – bel. line.) Announced Prime TASS, referring to official data of the company.
