Honda Hit by another China Strike

  A strike at a Chinese parts supplier for Honda continues hitting production at two of the Japanese carmaker’s plants there.
This is the latest in a growing series of Chinese labour disputes.
It comes just days after Honda settled a strike at another supplier that had forced it to halt all production in China.
Strikes are usually stamped out quickly in China over government concerns about social unrest.
But more labour disputes have been erupting lately with workers resentful about large income disparities and harsh working conditions, while employers are trying to rein in rising costs.
