Microsoft and Yahoo! – online Union, which may threaten Google

Microsoft and Yahoo! are very close to the establishment of an online union, which could create a more formidable competitor to Google in Internet search.

Agreement had to be formally signed later on Tuesday, although the essential terms were agreed on the merits and according to someone close to the negotiations, the agreement could be announced on Wednesday.
Successful completion of the negotiations would put an end to the 18-month pursuit of Yahoo on the part of Microsoft, which began with neochkvano full takeover offer, which shook the internet world. Since last summer the software giant insisted on free cooperation, which combines search technology and advertising of both companies and give them greater opportunities to compete with Google.
Allegedly momentum last week after both sides reached the basic details of the contract in which Yahoo will not receive any advance payment, as Microsoft had originally suggested in the middle of last year, but both parties will share revenue from future advertising.
The benefit to Yahoo is profitable – the partnership will bring influx of money in a time of declining revenue from Internet search, which is not how in times of crisis to carry large profits.
