Obama: The banks grant more loans to small businesses

Banks must return the gesture, which were made with the recent rescue plan financed by taxpayers, giving more money to small businesses. It said in his weekly radio address, U.S. President Barack Obama said Monday.

Obama said that too many owners of small businesses still can not get loans despite government action to restore credit, which was almost frozen last year when financial crisis occurs.
