         This is a company established on 29th May 2010 but it is not new one. At the date of registration in the Bulgarian Commercial Register the capital of the Company is at the amount of 9 595 108 BGN (about 5 000 000 EUR) divided into 9 595 108 shares entitled to vote, rights to dividend and liquidation share with a nominal value 1.00 BGN (about 0.50 EUR) each. “ATLAS FINANCE ” Plc is a Public liability company with a two-level system of management (Management and Supervisory Board), with headquarters and registered office: Bulgaria, Plovdiv city, 27A “Hristo Botev Blvd “ and the scope of activities is in the field of  accounting, legal and administrative advice and services. From 5th October 2010 our Company listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia.
