Poland reduced 10% of civil servants

The Polish government has prepared a package of amendments to legislation which allow reduction of civil servants during the economic crisis, BNR. It is expected the cuts affect about 10% of all civil servants. Among the released there will be officials from the courts, prosecution and law enforcement authorities of the country. The need for redundancy is driven by preparations for the Polish budget for 2010 mass dismissals of employees can begin in the autumn.
