Since the beginning of the year Agro Finance has gained more than 8 thousand decares land

The investment portfolio of Agro Finance REIT at the end of June amounted to 122 296 decares agricultural land and the beginning of the year increased by 8 115 decares only in June acquired 700 decares agricultural land.
At the end of June 2009 the company invested funds in the amount of EUR 34.243 million as the average price of agricultural land acquired is estimated at 280 per ha.
June 30 to include investment properties 95.97% agricultural land quality from first to sixth class (in 10 categories, such as 1 with the best performance) in which the company invests in priority land and 4.03% at lower category.
87.86% of agricultural land is acquired in three of the six regions of the country – Northwest, North Central and Northeastern region. These areas are characterized by high quality agricultural land and potential for development of agriculture.
With the highest concentration of agricultural lands are in Montana, Pleven and Vratsa in Agro Finance REIT which owns over 65 thousand decares (53% of agricultural land in the investment portfolio).
Since the beginning of the year are 4 exchanges of properties for a total of 600 decares in the field of Pleven and Montana. The Fund operates in two projects in order to replace grossing of the land in priority areas of lands and planning, which are expected to be completed by the end of 2009.
At the end of June, the area of leased land and rent is 85 thousand ha. (69% of the total land purchased), including and legacy contracts roll.
Median rent agreed by the company for the marketing years 2008/2009 to 30.06.2009 is amounting to 18 per ha. Claims under contracts for lease and rental insurance Bulgarian Export Insurance Agency Ltd., which the company guarantees their collection.
So far, shares of Agro Finance lost 4.4 percent to 0.77 euro in the volume of transferred Lot 400.
