Soil revisions of unfair employers

National Revenue Agency and the National Insurance Institute begin joint review of unfair employers. This agreed guidelines showing a joint meeting held last week. Joint inspections will begin in the coming months.
The checks are part of the efforts of both institutions to discontinue certain illegal actions to avoid payment of taxes and contributions, and to ensure the revenue budget of mandatory social insurance contributions and income tax of individuals.
Unfair selection of insurers will be carried out by NII based on data which the Institute offers.
Participants in the meeting stressed that there is a worrying trend for the reduction of real income from social security contributions. This will impede the provision of funds for making the necessary payments – compensation for sick leave and maternity.
