Assist SMEs in the region of 25 billion euros

European Investment Bank (EIB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and World Bank (WB) will provide a total of 24.5 billion euros to small and medium enterprises in Central and Southeastern Europe.
Partner in the distribution of money will be UniCredit Group, the company reported.
The majority of that amount – about 11 billion euros will be provided by EIB and UniCredit Group will support the distribution of most of the funds – 1.2 billion euros.
The funds will be distributed in 15 countries in the region of Central and Eastern Europe – Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, Serbia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.
