Business confidence in Germany rose

There is a big jump in business confidence in Germaniya.Poslednoto study Ifo economic think tank shows that the business climate in August reached its highest level for almost a year.

This reinforced expectations that the largest economy in the euro area will help to restore the region over the coming months.
Published earlier this month, data confirmed that Germany out of recession during the second quarter.
However, the head of the Deutsche Bundesbank Axel Weber said that recovery is largely due to government incentives and the pursued monetary policy, but many economists believe it could prove unsustainable. On the other hand German exports in June registered their biggest monthly increase in nearly three years.
Analysts believe that increasing demand for foreign markets will continue this trend.
The rate at which the German economy is recovering from the deepest postwar recession, are crucial for Chancellor Angela Merkel, who will appear in the general elections next month.
It may ask for credit of trust from voters, despite the fact that her rival, Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier is part of a „grand coalition, which manages Germany at the moment.
