Close to 6, 75 kg food products have been poor on EU agenda

Total 6 747 603 килограма food products have been poor in the „distribution of food from intervention stocks of the European Union of socially disadvantaged persons“ in 2009, said the BRC. Program was implemented by the State Fund Agriculture – Payment Agency, and the Red Cross as a partner is responsible for distribution of products. In the warehouses of the Red Cross delivered a total of 7 535 817 килограма food and people were able to take them from 329 handouts points. Each received 29.8 kilograms. Others are 788 178.6 kilograms, which is currently allocated to social institutions and state psychiatric hospitals from a list approved by the State Fund Agriculture – Payment Agency. Social institutions to provide a total of 750 415.8 kilograms, and state psychiatric hospitals – 37 762.8 kilograms food.
