FairPlay sells construction right for EUR 2.2m

FairPlay Properties REIT has agreed to sell a construction right for EUR 2.26 million without VAT. The contract was signed on September 30 and concerns a part of Trakia retail park in Plovdiv. The buyer, Lidl Bulgaria, will build a Lidl supermarket on the property. Lidl Bulgaria is part of Germany’s Schwarz-Gruppe, one of the leaders in the area of retail trade.
