Finally removed the property qualifications for starting a business

During the week, time to time were made legislative changes that will lead to the symbolic two leva uchredyavyane initial capital of a limited liability company / LIMITED/.
The reform was first proposed in Bulgaria in the first publications in 1996, revealing the role of denial of initial capital requirements and showing the injustice of their social function, appeared in the United Kingdom in 1980-ies. Their author is Graham Banok, then a partner at intelidzhens Unit Economist and adviser to the Institute for Economic Affairs established the idea of Friedrich Hayek. Co-author of the like occurred hristomatiyni, publications and current Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria Simeon Diankov.
Due to the nature of his previous job, he found the promotion and reform in some eighty countries, and it was expected that in his new role he will abolish the property qualification for establishing companies in Bulgaria. In the Legislative Assembly, our former colleague Martin Dimitrov in 2005 trying to convince MPs that the reform is necessary. He failed, despite the compromises, which was ready.
Obviously, this reform can only be welcomed and that those who passed it should be greeted.
In many other former communist countries the change was made for about three – four years of the proposal, justification and discussion of her introduction to On Bulgaria were required thirteen years. Why?
The main reason is the following: when you remove the property qualification for starting a business, people become more independent of politics and government and business have already started experiencing the challenges of competition. The interest group between one and the other in Bulgaria has been a long time much stronger than the democratic and economic logic, and accordingly the proponents of this reform were very weak.
