Mel Invest bought 26.5 thousand ha of agricultural land

Fund for land Mel Invest REIT has concluded a contract with North West Ltd Agrovenchar that the fund buys agricultural land with total area of 515.95 acres with 26 book value of EUR 7 778 887.09 selling price that the Fund must pay is 8 730 EUR 346.33

Deal with related parties as one of the largest shareholders of the Fund REIT land, Venture Equity Bulgaria possessing more than 45 percent of the capital fund is a partner in the North West Agrovenchar LTD.
Fund for land ADSTS Mel Invest is a company with special investment purpose with a large capital – nearly 28 million euro fund however is not the most liquid of BSE. The last of its shares is 23.06.2009 at 0.70 euro price for cash.
