Consultations for the award of a mandate for a new government is tomorrow

President Georgi Parvanov will hold consultations tomorrow afternoon with the parliamentary parties and coalitions in the 41 th National Assembly in connection with the award of a mandate to draw up a new government. Consultations are the basis of Art. 99, para. 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria pressekretariata reported by the State Chapter.

Proposal for a new government should be ready within one week of notification of the mandate. The new government steps in, after his staff be voted by a majority of National Assembly.
In the event that the first time in that election political force fails to broadcast a new staff room and it has not been approved by parliament, the mandate for forming a government is entrusted by the president (also after the political consultations) of the second and possibly third parliamentary political power.
Tomorrow before noon will be held the first meeting of the new National Assembly, which is expected to be elected and the Chairman and Vice-Presidents of Parliament.
In drawing up the current government of Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev, ie. mandatonositel MRF was (then and now the third political force) as the first attempt at forming a government of Coalition for Bulgaria only with the support of the MRF was not successful and returned the mandate NMS (not to be voted by parliament). Upon notification of the mandate by the president of the DPS in 2005, once again for prime minister Sergey Stanishev was proposed and it was created to manage the triple coalition.
