It should be clear that not only Bulgaria Trakia motorway. Building there are many treatment plants, dams, water facilities, but this does not work.
The result is a paradox – for construction companies to register in the House, they must prove to us that they have obligations to the state. Yes, but the state itself owes much of their money. The result is a closed circle.
Unfortunately the budget of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works has been exhausted. So now we talk about projects that we could realize in 2010 and to be financed with money from the budget for next year. We also discussed how they are paying old obligations. However, it has no budget surplus than in previous years which cover these obligations.
