Economist ordered Meglena Kuneva Top 10 best commissioners

Commenting on the term occurs in the current composition of the 27-nation European Commission magazine „Economist“ defines the ten best commissioners, including the Bulgarian Meglena Kuneva, Commissioner for Consumer Protection.
One of ten according to the „Economist“ is the Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs Joaquin Almunia.
