Eurozone services growth slower than forecast

The service industry in the euro zone continued to expand this month, although at a more sluggish pace than had been forecast.
A respected survey of 2,000 businesses from banks to cafes concluded the sector is still growing after climbing out of recession in last year’s third quarter.
The severe winter weather is thought to have had an impact on the pace of expansion.
But manufacturing in the countries using the euro grew at its fastest pace for 22 months.
