IPO-th to 200 billion dollars in 2010

The volume of initial public offering (IPO) of shares, which is scheduled on the stock exchanges in the U.S. next year could be increased 3 times to 50 billion dollars. This shows data from a study of Barclays Plc., Quoted by Bloomberg.
In that year the total amount of funds borrowed during the IPO, not exceeded 15.2 billion dollars – the lowest level since 2003
The funds borrowed from IPO next year, may reach 20% of the total investment received by U.S. companies from selling their shares and convertible bonds, says the head of the research group of Barclays Joe Castle.
The volume of additional emissions of U.S. companies, shares are already traded on the stock market will shrink in the new year with a 18 percent to 120 billion dollars. At the same time the volume of issued convertible bonds may jump 61% to 80 billion dollars.
The global volume of IPO next year will grow to 200 billion dollars from 101.5 billion expected this year. Leaders will be China and India.
