Last and Italy marked growth in its economy

Italy marked growth in its economy, much later than other European countries. It is the last country that showed a slight growth in the European economy.

Consumer confidence in Boots in July increased more sharply than expected to its highest level since November 2007. Italians are even more optimistic about prospects for the fourth largest economy in Europe and the labor market according to a survey conducted by the state-funded research institute.
Recent data show an average increase of Italian industrial orders in May compared to April, with increased demand domestically and abroad.
This week the Minister of Economy of Germany Karl-Theo Gutenberg also said that there are signs of economic recovery, but he added: „The 2010 and 2011 will be difficult years.“
While in France the number of unemployed people fell in June for the first time since the beginning of the year, the French government said that there is still no clear signs of recovery.
