Luzhkov, Moscow’s deposed king

Yuri Luzhkov, deposed King of Moscow, after 18 years in power, turned gray Soviet capital in a showcase of Russian capitalism model – a dynamic and luxurious, obscure building system combining money and power, writes AFP.
