Owner of a luxury property concealed income 120 thousand leva

Over 120 000 leva income has tried to hide from the National Revenue Agency (NRA) owner of a luxury property, the agency said.

This shows the first complete revision of the owners of expensive real estate. The investigation showed that the properties that have one question, are significantly more expensive than the official income.
The Act, which NRA officials have drawn up is for 48 000 leva case will be forwarded to the prosecutor to investigate tax crime.
Revisions to the owners of expensive cars did become clear that two individuals have their own companies, which are at a loss of around EUR 300 000 to buy a Bentley car. Another luxury is justified his purchase with loans from 42 individuals.
Currently, the NRA officials verify that indeed those of the owners are individuals and lending could be assigned to additional inspections and audits of income and property lenders.
Meanwhile, of the Territorial Directorate of NRA in Vratsa reported that six farmers in Vratsa region submitted a total of BGN 186 073 were impounded after their bank accounts. Final administrative order was imposed because of unpaid taxes for a total of 295 729 leva.
To receive regular subsidies, they declared the highest income – between 50 000 and 300 000 leva, while not registered under VAT Act. The latter is business registration and inspections, which are disclosed liabilities.
So far six farmers from two completely repay its obligations, which amounted to 67 223 leva.
