Banks sell family hotels to the sea

Three banks have public sale four family hotels in Balchik, Sozopol, Chernomorets and unfinished hotel in St. Vlas.
Documents for tenders may be submitted in July, while home price is 700.6 EUR / square. m ready and 336 euro / sqm for the unfinished hotel, show evidence of the Chamber of Private Enforcement. A family hotel you can get between 560 and 820 leva for a subject area between 735 and 1 260 sq. m. Two hotels have been mortgaged to the DSK Bank, and one to Piraeus Bank and MKB Unionbank.
