About 120 million cost of building the tunnel under the Shipka

Over 30 companies have expressed investment interest in the construction and operation of the tunnel under the Mount Shipka. In his letter to the National Agency „Road Infrastructure“ investors have applied a general presentation and description of their experience in tunnel construction and the purpose technologies and equipment reported by the district road administration in Gabrovo. Applications do not include financial aspects of the project and did not commit, as companies and the Agency of any future participation in the concession procedure. This initiative aims to examine the scope of the market for a project of this magnitude.
