The state will issue vouchers to 1800 leva for training of unemployed

Vouchers with a face value of between BGN 140 and 1800 leva will be issued by the Employment Agency (EA) for student unemployed and employed two priority axes of the Operational Program (OP) „Human Resources“.
Distributed vouchers will be entered in a register, which aims to control and transparency in the financing of training, the government decides.

After receiving the voucher specific person can be incorporated into training for acquisition of first, second or third level of qualification on part of the profession and training for the acquisition of key competences according to the European Qualifications Framework.
Vouchers will be provided for acquiring professional qualification in professions in the fields of forestry, agricultural and fisheries and also in the cultural and artistic events.
The nominal value of the vouchers depends on the type and duration of training. Training services will be able to provide educational organizations, institutions or training centers that meet certain conditions and are included in the list approved by the Executive Director of the Employment Agency and the Council agreed to it. May be included in this list will have a service registered under the Commercial Law or the Law for juridical persons with non-profit or created by another point from the current legislation.
Applicants to carry out training should not have terminated contracts relating to the disbursement of funds from the national budget or the Community budget, due to the fault over the past two years. They should not have even required obligations to the state budget, are not in bankruptcy or liquidation, to be represented by persons who are not convicted of a crime of general nature and are equipped for the training base within the locality in which the training will be conducted.
Applications for inclusion in the list will be made in I, which will be checked for compliance with the terms of the candidates, provides another decree. Territorial structures of the Agency, together with the Council for cooperation of the Labor Offices in the country will carry out ongoing monitoring of the implementation of activities in places and the quality of training provided.

Persons received training vouchers will be able to independently choose the type of training, its duration and the training institution among the list of I. Funding is provided entirely by the operational program.
